FSC certified bamboo veneer

“FSC bamboo? What is the point of that, knowing that bamboo is a grass?” That is the question we get asked a lot. And we agree that it does not make much sense….but the fact is that FSC has become a worldwide standard and FSC has recognised bamboo as ‘certifiable’ material. DMVP has been FSC certified (SCS COC 002128) and has been able to acquire FSC certified bamboo raw materials.

For US customers the FSC certified bamboo veneer can be interesting because it contributes to the U.S. Green Building Council's LEED Rating System™ (MR credit 7: Certified wood).
